Valle 975s training glove (9.75 inches) is my go to training glove for any position on the field.  If you are looking get one training glove, THIS IS THE ONE.  It is made from the highest quality USA steer hide leather with durable leather lacing and features an adjustable strap to adjust to any size hand (youth to adult).  It does require a little break in time, but that is expected from any high end glove.  The small design heightens focus and makes practice sessions more challenging.
